Welcome to Arozawear™. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Orders must be placed using the information requested at checkout.
  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. COD may be introduced in the future.
  • Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
  • Arozawear reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, images, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Please check the available size information carefully before placing your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are added separately to the order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside Arozawear's direct control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to receive your order in proper condition. If you receive a product with an eligible issue, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

A replacement or exchange may be provided in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong size is sent by Arozawear.
  • The wrong color is sent by Arozawear.
  • There is a significant printing quality issue.
  • The wrong product is sent.

For an eligible issue, Arozawear will provide the appropriate replacement or exchange after reviewing the issue.

If you selected the wrong size yourself while placing the order, the exchange will be subject to Arozawear's approval and product availability.

5. Condition for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product should not have been washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.
  • We may request clear photos or videos of the product and the issue before approving an exchange or replacement.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange or replacement.

6. Refunds

Arozawear primarily provides exchanges or replacements for eligible product issues. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered where Arozawear determines that a replacement or exchange cannot reasonably be provided.

7. Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

Arozawear™, AROZAWEAR™, arozawear™, and other capitalization or letter-case variations of the name refer to the same Arozawear™ brand.

The Arozawear™ name, logo, product designs, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, and other original brand materials are owned by or used with permission by Arozawear™.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, register, claim ownership of, or commercially use Arozawear™, AROZAWEAR™, arozawear™, or confusingly similar versions of the brand name or its associated intellectual property without prior written permission from Arozawear™.

The ™ symbol is used to identify Arozawear as a claimed trademark.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

Arozawear may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will apply from the date they are published.
